2In a large pot , heat Butter over medium heat. Add the Yellow Onion and cook, stirring, until beginning to soften, ⏱️ 8-10 minutes . Sprinkle with Sugar and cook, stirring occasionally, until deep golden brown and fully caramelized, ⏱️ 20-25 minutes . 4Once the onion is fully caramelized, stir the garlic and thyme into the pot and cook until fragrant, ⏱️ 30 seconds . Stir in 1 1/2 cups stock, Veggie Stock Concentrate , and Soy Sauce .
